The benefits of air layer fabrics

1. The thermal insulation effect of air layer fabrics is particularly prominent. Through the structural design, the inner, middle and outer fabric structure is adopted to form an air interlayer in the fabric, and the middle layer is made of filling yarn with good fluffiness and elasticity to form a still air layer and achieve the best thermal insulation effect.

2. The air layer fabric is not easy to produce wrinkles and has strong moisture absorption/(water) perspiration - this is also the unique three-layer structure of the air layer fabric, the middle gap is large, and the surface is pure cotton fabric, so it has the effect of absorbing water and locking water.

3. Good elasticity and fluffy hand feeling. Because of the warp and weft weaving method used in the air layer fabric, the elasticity is better than that of the knitted weaving method.

4. Fewer defects, the air layer fabric adopts a fabric structure of inner, middle and outer layers, which results in fewer clothing defects than a single piece of fabric.
